The position as Sales Manager at ENABL Global Sales & Marking offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of a highly passionate team in a Global Company, industry-leading in solutions for the renewable industry. You will be working with stakeholders across the entire value chain both externally with our customers as well as internally in ENABL.

 In ENABL we have a Matrix organization with three Divisions: Consulting, Equipment, and Service supported by Global Sales & Marketing, Tender & Contracts, HR, and Finance. Our strategy is focused on 4 strategic pillars Customer in Focus, World Class Execution, Win with Expertise, and One Culture.

In the Global Sales & Marketing team we perform as “One ENABL” by delivering on the same overall target instead of individual KPIs. In addition to this, we perform “Umbrella Sales” focusing our Sales across all Divisions.

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager at ENABL, your focus will mainly be related to the Consulting Division.

  • We are in a fast-growing and global business, why rapid change and adoption of core sales technologies using CRM, PowerBi, and following an Integrated Management System (IMS) is a daily part of the execution.
  • You will be taking over an existing sales pipeline, but it is also expected that you bring a solid network to support a continued growth on developing the overall pipeline.
  • Focus efforts across the Renewable Industry targeting Developers, OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
  • It is expected that most of the time is focused on bridging/penetrating new sales potentials increasing the number of new customers.
  • Deliver solutions that solves the clients’ “pains” and is in line with their overall strategies enabling them to focus on core business by outsourcing non-core activities.
  • Build relations and secure long-term contracts/ business offerings with our global customers.
  • Collaborate with peers and functional stakeholders to guide, shape, and enforce learning to improve daily operation.
  • Support ENABL values in daily operation: Responsibility – Quality – Persistence – Innovation – Alliances

Qualifications

  • Have worked within a commercial and/ or technical area. Commodity team involvement is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the value chain in the renewable industry and the new product development process.
  • Solid understanding of the main components in a wind turbine is clearly an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience from a role that had senior management attention with access up to VP level. You have shown the ability to build strong personal relations and can also demonstrate how this was used proactively to ensure support and open doors to important stakeholders outside your personal network.
  • Preferably you have had a commercial responsibility and personal experience selling to clients in the renewable sector. However, candidates with the right network and industry experience could qualify and could be employed based on an assessment of their talent in a commercial role.
  • You enjoy presenting of our products/solutions, understanding customer pains, and conveying them to the best match of a solution to create solid and long-lasting partnerships.
  • You have an analytical approach and see the value of making data-driven decisions.
  • Capable of having dialogues with decision makers at Director, VP, and CXO level about outsourcing opportunities with potential clients in the Renewable Industry.
  • Have comprehensive planning skills and are systematically funded and structured.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently. Danish and German are an advantage but not mandatory.

Your primary work location will be Ikast, Denmark having Aarhus and Hedensted as secondary ENABL locations. Some traveling is to be expected.
