At XO Shipping, we are looking for trainees to join our team of outstanding professionals at our headquarters in Hellerup.
As a trainee at XO Shipping, you will join our team to gain extensive knowledge and experience with the main areas of shipping. You will join our various departments and a mentor will be dedicated to you in each department.
We are looking for candidates to join our training programme, both to launch a career at XO Shipping and go beyond.
We offer a tailored Fast Track Programme to people with a relevant bachelor’s degree from academic institutions in Denmark or abroad. A steep learning curve will add a practical supplement to your education’s theoretical knowledge, as you will get valuable hands on experience with every department at XO Shipping through daily tasks from your manager.

About You
- You hold a B.Sc. in International Shipping and Trade, Maritime Studies, or another relevant bachelor’s degree
- You have business acumen and an analytical mindset
- You have excellent social skills and a desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere
- You are open minded and a great team player
- You have a keen interest in and strong desire to build a career within the shipping industry
- You are self motivated and able to multitask
- You have international experience through work or studies and a global mindset with excellent English communication skills
- Experience from the Shipping Industry and being bilingual is considered an advantage
