We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our Nautical department in Fredericia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our marine operations, supporting our projects from contract review to offshore implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of one or more ongoing projects supporting both our vessels, crew, back-office staff, and clients
  • Review tender material and contracts in collaboration with our Commercial team and provide technical support during tendering and negotiations
  • Develop solution proposals and assess contract terms and risks
  • Prepare and execute projects, including liaison with ports, agents, and stakeholders, as well as conducting risk assessments and budgeting
  • Ensure operational procedures are kept up to date with industry standards and best practices
  • Support the Marine HR department with planning and follow-up on crew changes
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and vessels
  • Drive continuous improvement of our internal processes
  • Participate in, and eventually lead, internal and supplier audits in compliance with ISM and ISO standards

Your profile:

  • Qualified Mariner, Navigator, Marine Engineer or Dual Officer, preferably with DP experience and familiarity with Jack-Up vessels
  • Passionate about the green transition, ideally with experience in Offshore Wind
  • Flexible, structured, and proactive self-starter
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative and supportive mindset
  • Culturally aware and respectful of different nationalities and working environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Additional Information
The role requires some travel (approximately 20–40 days per year), including vessel visits and offshore stays.
