Short description:
The Scope of Services specifies our requirements for capabilities and capacities of the Service Operation Vessel, including operational requirements. The Vessel must have capacity for minimum 40 charterer's personnel in single cabins, and be able to transfer personnel and tools/spare parts between the vessel and the Wind Turbine Generators. The vessel can both be new built or a conversion of an existing vessel.
The contract offered has a 5 year term, with options to extend in Charterers option by further 5 times one year. In addition we ask Tenderers to price an option for a 10 year term with 5 times one year options.

Description of the procurement:
The Service Operation vessel will be an integral part of the operation and maintenance setup for the German Bight windfarm cluster. The German Bight Cluster (GBC) contains the windfarms Gode Wind 1+2 and Borkum Riffgrund 1+2. Deployment of technicians and daily planning will be operating from the vessel, where up to 40 passengers will be based on a weekly or bi-weekly rotational basis.
