Framework Agreement — Air Journeys
National Procurement Ltd Denmark (Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice A/S, her in after “Ski”) intends to put Framework Agreement 16.08 Air Journeys up for tender.
The Framework Agreement can be used by the Danish government and authorities, public organizations and institutions, which are subscribers at Ski (Ski-Customers) at the time of publication of the Contract Notice in Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
The Framework Agreement includes about 400-500 routes.
Ski is expecting to conclude a Framework Agreement with 3 to 5 economic operators per route based on the award criterion “Price”. The Customer’s subsequent use of the Framework Agreement will be based on direct award to the Supplier who has offered the lowest price.
The Framework Agreement is not offered in lots in order to reduce the transaction cost of the potentiel Tenderers. However, each route is legally to be considered as a separate partial agreement in terms of contract management, remedies for breach of contracts and penalty clauses.
Ski's Customers are divided into the following segments:
— ministries and state authorities,
— municipalities,
— regions,
— self-governing institutions financed by the State,
— utility Undertakings,
— other customers.
This Prior Information Notice is submitted in order to make potential bidders and relevant market participants aware of the forthcoming publication of the tender notice expected to be published in August 2018.
