Trafikselskabet Movia (Movia Public Transport) is preparing a project that includes the hire/lease of one unit hydrogen fuel cell bus. Movia invites tenderers to give a none-binding offer for providing a fuel cell bus to Movia. Based upon the outcome of this market consultation (supply of the requested services and cost level), Movia will decide whether to proceed with the project.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Trafikselskabet Movia (Movia Public Transport) is preparing a project that includes the hire/lease of one unit hydrogen fuel cell bus. Movia invites tenderers to give a none-binding offer for providing a fuel cell bus to Movia. Based upon the outcome of this market consultation (supply of the requested services and cost level), Movia will decide whether to proceed with the project.

The purpose of the project is to test and demonstrate one fuel cell bus in normal bus operation. The idea is to circulate the bus on a number of bus routes across Denmark. The bus will be located at each bus depot for a limited time period (typically 2-3 weeks) where the bus is used on the routes served from that depot. The project is planned to start in 2020 and run for 1-2 year where Movia will need to have access to the bus in fixed time spans. The total project economy will be in the range of 250 000 EUR-500 000 EUR.

If the manufacture needs the bus e.g. for displaying at fairs it will be possible to plan this with the use of the bus in the project.

Movia would like suppliers of fuel cell bus solutions to answer the following questions.

Will you be able to deliver the requested services?

Cost for providing one unit of hydrogen fuel cell bus including fuel station for a period of:

A. 300 days (Euro including VAT);

B. 600 days (Euro including VAT).

Cost for transporting the bus and refueling station

A. Basic fee per transport (Euro including VAT);

B. Cost per km [in addition to the basic fee] (Euro including VAT).

Costs per km for bus operation [including fuel, service, etc.] (Euro including VAT):

Driver training and operational or workshop workers

A. For 5 drivers and 3 workshop worker (Euro including VAT);

B. Additional costs per extra driver/workshop worker (Euro including VAT).
