Trafikselskabet Movia (Movia Public Transport) has decided to rent a hydrogen powered fuel cell bus. The purpose of the project is to test and demonstrate one fuel cell bus in normal bus operation.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the project is to test and demonstrate one fuel cell bus in normal bus operation. The idea is to circulate the bus on a number of bus routes across Movia's area. The bus will be located at each bus depot for a period of approximately 30 days where the bus is used on the routes served from that depot. The total rental period is expected to be around 7 months. The contract may be extended entailing a total rental period of up to 1 year. The estimated total value includes the possible extended period.

In order to secure the tenderer flexibility to use the bus for other purposes during the project, the tenderer is entitled to split up the rental period into several sub periods. The project term may not be extended by more than 50 pct. of the rental period.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information

III.1) Conditions for participation
III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Tenderers who are in circumstances covered by section 135, 136 and 137(1)(1) and/or (2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act (in Danish: udbudsloven) must be excluded from the procurement process. A tenderer who is, at any time, subject to one of the grounds for exclusion found in section 135, 136 and 137(1)(1) and/or (2) of the Act will be excluded from the procurement process unless the applicant produces documentation for the reliability of the Tenderer within a reasonable time fixed by Movia (cf. section 138 of the Danish Public Procurement Act).

The tenderer shall, as part of the tender, submit a Solemn Declaration stating that the tenderer is not subject to one of the grounds for exclusion found in section 135, 136 and 137(1)(1),and/or (2). The tenderer can use Appendix D for this purpose.

The submitted tender must include a fuel cell bus model that is produced by a bus manufacture that can document the use of at least one bus (no requirements prevail to the use of fuel) in regular bus operation for a Public Transport Authority for a consecutive period of at least 3 years. By Public Transport Authority is understood a public body that organizes public bus transit.

On request, the tenderer must submit documentation for the above requirement.

On delivery, the supplier may invoice Movia for two month of services. At the beginning of each subsequent month of the rental period, the supplier may invoice Movia in advance for the services. The invoice must be adjusted according to payment for operation of the Bus for the previous month. Mo-via withholds payment for the last 2 months of the rental period until the termination of the project.
